Pizza Three Ways

A low effort pizza party done right with ready-to-heat pizza’s and a delicious pesto-style dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Woolworths Pepperoni and Hot Honey Pizza
  • 1 x Bianco Three Cheese Pizza
  • 1 x BBQ Chicken Pizza
  • 50 g Woolworths Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
  • 45g Woolworths Pickled Red Onion Petals
  • a squeeze of fresh Seedless LemonGold® Lemon juice
  • 40 g fresh wild rocket

Method:

1. Heat Woolworths Pepperoni and Hot Honey Pizza according to package instructions and drizzle over the hot honey sauce. 

2. Heat Bianco Three Cheese Pizza according to package instructions and pour over the gremolata. 

3. Heat BBQ Chicken Pizza until according to package instructions pour over the BBQ sauce. 

4. Make a quick sauce by mixing the Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Pesto, the Pickled Red Onion Petals and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice together. 

5. Serve the pizzas with fresh wild rocket and the prepared sauce.
