Chicken frikkedals with basil pesto pasta
Easy, dreamy and made in under 30 minutes, this chicken frikkedal dish with basil pesto will tick all of your boxes.

Ingredients:
- 1 x 600 g Woolworths Free Range Chicken Frikkadels
- 1 T Woolworths Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 x 250g cooked fresh Fettuccine pasta
- 1 x 125 g Woolworths Fresh Basil Pesto
- salt and pepper, season to taste
- 50 g Woolworths Italian Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
Method:
1. Panfry the chicken frikkadels in olive oil until lightly crisp and golden.
2. Cook the fresh Fettuccine pasta accordingly to package instructions and then add into the pan with the cooked frikkadels.
3. Stir through the basil pesto and season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
