Snoek on the braai? Smells – and tastes – like summer!

How to braai whole snoek with zesty tomatoes
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 1 Woolworths Lightly Smoked Whole Snoek
- 500 g Woolworths Exotic Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 2 sticks celery with leaves, roughly chopped
- 100 g black olives, pitted
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Cooking instructions:
- Oil the fish braai grid and place the snoek inside. Braai over medium coals for 5–7 minutes per side.
- While the fish is on the braai, prepare the salad. Toss together the tomatoes, celery, olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar and seasoning.
- Serve the fish on the zesty tomatoes, with braaied garlic bread, or flake the fish and serve in toasted wraps.
