Cheeseboard
Summer entertaining just got a lot easier with this effortless cheeseboard.

INGREDIENTS
200 g castor sugar
500 g red seedless grapes
A selection of your favourite Woolworths cheeses
200 g Woolworths Grapefruit Marmalade with Gin
200 g Woolworths Gooseberry Jam with Gin & Mint
200 g Woolworths Cranberry Strawberry Jam with Spices & Port
30 g whole roasted and salted almonds
100 ml maple syrup
Green fig preserve, for serving
Honeycomb, for serving
Crackers, for serving
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. To make the caramel, place the caster sugar into a wide non-stick saucepan. Place the pan over a medium heat and allow the sugar to melt. Don't be tempted to stir the sugar. Once it starts to bubble and change colour, swirl the pan occasionally. When the caramel is medium to dark amber in colour, remove from the heat.
2. While the caramel is warm, dip small bunches of grapes into the caramel, swirling to lightly coat the tips of the grapes. Place on a lined baking tray to set. Be very careful when working with hot caramel.
3. To assemble, stack the cheeses on a serving platter. Add the honeycomb and caramel-coated grapes.
4. Decant the preserves into bowls and place onto a serving platter.
5. Place the almonds and maple syrup in a bowl and mix well. Cashews, pistachios or macadamias will work well too, or use a cashew nut brittle bar or seed-and-nut sprinkle if you like.
6. Pour the green fig preserve over the top of the cheese tower, allowing the syrup to drizzle down the cheese. Top with the maple almonds and serve with your choice of crackers.
