Gingerbread house kit
This gingerbread house is fun for all ages!

Cooking: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 x Woolworths Gingerbread House Kit
80 g butter, softened
60 g golden syrup
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Melt the muscovado sugar (from the kit), butter and syrup in a pan over a low heat, then set aside and allow to cool.
3. Mix the cooled butter mixture with the dry ingredients from the kit to form a dough. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, then chill for 20 minutes.
4. Remove the dough from the fridge and cut out shapes using the stencil provided. Re-roll the dough to repeat each shape.
5. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 6–8 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and cool completely .
7. To make the icing, mix the icing mix (provided in the kit) with 35 ml cold water until glossy and smooth. Place in the piping bag provided and build your gingerbread house.
8. Decorate with the sprinkles provided.
