Veggie Burger Kit
Makes 4

Ingredients:
- 1 Woolworths Easy to Make Falafel Burgers kit
- 1 cup boiling water
- oil, for frying
- ½ cup Woolworths Vegan Mayonnaise or Plain Yoghurt
- 1 handful chopped fresh herbs
- 4 Woolworths Ultimate Burger Buns
- Toppings of your choice (sliced gherkins, lettuce, cheese)
Cooking instructions:
- Combine the falafel burger base and falafel spice seasoning with the water. Cover with a clean tea towel and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into 4 evenly sized patties and chill for 10 minutes.
- Heat 3–4 T oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Fry the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until brown and crispy.
- Mix the tzatziki sauce seasoning with the mayonnaise or yoghurt.
- Halve the buns and toast until golden. Spread the tzatziki onto each half.
- Build your burger, with the toppings of your choice, and more tzatziki. Serve immediately.
