This no-bake chocolate masterpiece ticks all the boxes when it comes to satisfying those chocolate cravings, did I mention no-bake?

CASHEW AND COCONUT CLUSTERS

Makes: 24 clusters (depending on the size of the cupcake wrapper)  
Prep time: 15 minutes  
Cook time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

3 x 100 g slabs Lindt Excellence Mild 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate  
100 g Woolworths Coconut Flakes, toasted  
2 x 100 g Woolworths Roasted & Salted Cashews, toasted  
100 g Woolworths Kids TM Vanilla Flavoured Multigrain Puffs  
100 g Woolworths Caramel Chocolate Drops, melted  

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1 Bring a pot of water to a simmer. Roughly chop the chocolate and add it to a bowl that  can be placed over the pot of simmering water, without touching the water.  
2 Gently melt the chocolate, stirring over to evenly melt before removing from the heat.  
3 Add the coconut flakes, cashews and the puffs, gently fold the ingredients together until  every ingredient is covered in the chocolate.  
4 Using 2 tablespoons, spoon the mixture into cupcake wrappers arranged on a baking  tray. Place the tray in the fridge to set until firm, this should take about 30 minutes.  
5 While the clusters are setting, melt some caramel chocolate. Once the clusters have set,  drizzle with some of the caramel chocolate before serving.  
6 For a salty garnish, sprinkle with flaked salt.
