Try this brilliant berry pavlova

This pavlova ticks all the boxes – a deliciously chewy texture, sticky roasted strawberries and creamy, dreamy coconut-flavoured yoghurt. Look no further for your new favourite summer dessert.

Abi’s Perfect Pavlova:

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Beat 12 free range egg whites until stiff. Add 600 g caster sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking for 30 seconds each time. Beat together for 5 minutes until stiff and glossy. Place a sheet of baking paper on a tray and spoon the meringue onto it in rough 15 cm circles. Place in the oven and reduce the heat to 120°C. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then cool. For the topping, wash and remove the tops of 800 g FlavourburstTM strawberries. Cut in half and place on a baking tray. Sprinkle over a generous amount of caster sugar and roast in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until sticky and delicious. To serve the pavlova, top with Woolworths Coconut Flavoured Yoghurt, roasted strawberries and 100 g coconut shavings. Sprinkle with dehydrated strawberry powder (optional) and dig in!
