  1. BASIC TABLE SETTING

    Top left: Bread plate and knife
    Top right: Wine glass
    Bottom left to right: Fork, plate, knife and dessert spoon

    Remember:
    Knife blades always face the plate
    The napkin goes to the left of the fork or on the plate

    Top left: Bread plate and knife 
    Top right: Glasses
    Bottom left to right: Appetizer fork, fork, plate, knife, dessert spoon, soup spoon

    Remember:
    Knife blades always face the plate

    Top right: Drinking glasses (water goblet, champagne flute, wine glass, sherry glass)
    Bottom left to right: Fish fork, dinner fork, salad fork, dinner plate, dinner knife, fish knife, soup spoon, oyster fork

    Remember
    Everything must be geometric (dinner plate centered and utensils equal distances apart)
    The order of utensils is guided by menu order (above e.g. shellfish appetizer, soup first course, fish course, entree, salad)
