Chicken sausages
Our chicken sausage comes in a range flavours, as well as plain sausages and bangers. Slowly fry the sausage and turn frequently until browned, around 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with mash and veggies, or on rolls with salad.
Chicken rashers
Made from breasts, lightly spiced and and then lightly smoked, our chicken rashers are a healthy alternative to bacon. Pan fry in oil over medium heat for one minute per side until cooked. Serve alongside eggs and mushrooms, or with fresh rocket and avo.
Chicken roasts in oven roasting bags
Our basted chicken with a variety of different rubs are packed full of flavour. Whether you prefer Tuscan tastes or Portugese peri peri sauce, we’ve got you covered. All you need to do is place the chicken roasting bag in the centre of the oven and bake for around an hour or until cooked.
