Chicken Stiry Fry
Cook kebabs according to instructions. Mince the garlic and slice the ginger into thin strips. Rough chop the spring onions into chunks. Preheat the wok with a bit of canola oil and toasted sesame oil on high heat and cook the ginger and spring onions for 30 seconds. Follow that up with the garlic and cook for another 10 seconds. With a spatula keep everything moving. Throw in the Easy to Wok sauce along with the fresh egg noodles and cook for another 2 minutes while constantly tossing the ingredients. Mix the chicken into the noodles. Serve with sesame seeds and an extra bit of spring onions.

Confit Duck
Cook the confit chicken according to package instructions. Halve the baby potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and air-fry at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until crisp. While the chicken and potatoes cook, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil with fresh thyme. Season well. Blanche the peas in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain. Plate the chicken with the crispy potatoes, mushrooms, and peas. Crumble over feta just before serving.
