Kingklip Curry

Place the chicken samoosas in an air fryer at 200°C for 8–10 minutes.  Heat the kingklip curry in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.  Char the roti over an open flame or in a dry pan for 2 minutes on each side.  Serve milk tart alongside the samoosas and curry as one large family-style feast, or as an easy 3-course midweek meal.

Pork Cheek Casserole with Butter-fried Ravioli

Cook the pork cheeks according to the package instructions.  Set aside. Melt the butter with 2 T water over medium heat. Add the ravioli in a single layer and cook until the water evaporates and the pasta begins to turn lightly golden and crisp on the edges, about 4–5 minutes. Add the rosa tomatoes, capers, and olives to the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the tomatoes just start to soften. Plate the ravioli and spoon the pork cheeks and sauce over the top. Finish with grated pecorino and fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.

Lamb & Tomatoe Bredie

Add olive oil to a pan and cook your frikkadels – according to package instructions – along with your onions in the same pan, for extra flavour and a charred finish.  Add in your tomato bredie cook-in-sauce and allow to simmer and cook through.  Heat your white basmati rice before serving with a generous spoonful of curry over the top.

Umleqwa & Sides

Heat the Woolworths Free Range Umleqwa in a pot, covered with a lid, on the stovetop for 15 minutes.  In the meantime, place the spinach in the microwave and warm through for 3–5 minutes.  Next, heat the amadombolo for 2 minutes in the microwave and serve immediately with the umleqwa and creamy spinach.
