Seafood Date Night

Remove mussels from all packaging and decant into a medium pot over medium heat along with the contents of the sauce. Cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally until cooked. Serve with sliced baguette.  Preheat the oven to 200°C, remove all packaging from the trout gratin and bake for 40 minutes.  Serve the full meal alongside green slaw salad, with sorbet for dessert.

Airfry the chicken according to packaging instructions.  For the savoury rice, place 500 g of frozen rice in a microwaveable bowl and heat on 100% power for 5 minutes.
