Roast the vegetables for 30 minutes at 180°C in the air fryer or oven. Serve with roasted vegetables and a fresh salad for a simple, balanced dinner.

Friday = creamy indulgence. Prepare girasolini according to package instructions. Season the steak, fry in a hot pan with a little oil, and cook to your liking along. In a pan, heat a ½ cup milk and ¼ cup cream. Slowly add in ¼ cup of daily cheese & Maasdam Full Fat Harad cheese. Cook until sauce begins to form and bubble. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Plate your dish starting with the girasolini, followed by the steak and sauce, and finish off with lemon zest.
