Korean Meatballs

Preheat oven to 180°. Remove meatballs from packaging and cover with tin foil. Allow to cook for 15–20 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.  Put rice into a bowl and heat according to package instructions.  Serve meatballs over rice and top with a handfull of fresh coriander and 1T sesame seeds.

Fold Over Pizza Braaibroodjie      

For the pizza, remove all packaging, fold over and place on braai grill, allowing it to char for about 5 minutes. Rotate and char on the other side.  Remove from grill, separate the pizza and fill with dressing and fresh rocket.  Serve with cold ginger beer.
