Spicy Soy Noodles & Tofu
Pan fry the sticky tofu pieces in olive oil until caramelised and golden. Heat 500g noodles according to package instructions. Toss the hot noodles with 200g peanut sauce and a splash of hot water to loosen. Top with pan-fried tofu and fresh iced sugar snap peas. Serve immediately.
Frozen Hake Curry
Hake Curry made with coconut cream and tomaot basked curry, just needs heating for 35 minutes. Heat the rice or samp & beans until piping hot and serve as base. Garnish with corriander and chutney on the side.
Pork Shoulder Taco's
Air-fry the pulled pork at 180 °C for 15 minutes. Place the taco shells in the oven at 200 °C and bake for 3 minutes. Construct the taco by layering the pulled pork first, followed by the salsa, coriander and finally the crispy onions. That’s it, insanely easy to put together for a fun and easy dinner.
Beef Mince Curry
Short on time, this easy curry will be a winner. Heat the curry until warmed through. Air fry the amagwinya, slice open and fill with the curry. Serve topped with green mango chutney and lots of fresh coriander.
