OUR PLAN IN ACTION
Made up of a collective of senior executives, the Connected People Council (CPC) forum was established in 2016 with the goal of systematically addressing the issues that prevent us from truly living our company values, while creating an equal, progressive and connected experience for our employees.
The CPC has identified a few opportunities for improvement, while also developing staff members into leaders who are aligned with our values.
We have also placed a huge focus on digitising our operations – not only for increased efficiency, but also to ensure that we can communicate with our staff in real time, helping us feel more connected during work hours.
