Minestrone Soup with chicken & Beans
Serves 4. Cook the minestrone as per packet directions. Blend half of the soup until creamy and add to the remaining soup. Chop the chicken into 5 cm pieces and poach the chicken for 10 minutes. Add the beans and the brine
Tomato Soup with Creme Fraiche
Serves 6-8. Heat the large tomato soup and ladle into warm bowls. Add a dollop of Crème Fraîche and sprinkle over the croutons.
Tuscan chicken with Focaccia
Heat the soup. Top with cheese and serve with heated Tomato and feta focaccia
Beef & country veg soup
Serves 6-8. Toss the potatoes in the oil and airfry for 20 minutes at 200c. Heat 2x beef country soup 600g, add the peas and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and serve.
Butternut Soup with roasted chickpeas
Serves 6-8. Toss the chickpeas in the onion chilli crunch and place in the airfryer for 20 minutes at 200c. Heat 1.2kg.
