MINESTRONE SOUP WITH CHICKEN & BEANS

Serves 4.  Cook the minestrone as per packet directions. Blend half of the soup until creamy and add to the remaining soup.  Chop the chicken into 5 cm pieces and poach the chicken for 10 minutes. Add the beans and the brine

TOMATO SOUP WITH CREME FRAICHE    

Serves 6-8. Heat the large tomato soup and ladle into warm bowls.  Add a dollop of Crème Fraîche and sprinkle over the croutons.

BEEF & COUNTRY VEG SOUP

Serves 6-8.  Toss the potatoes in the oil and airfry for 20 minutes at 200c.  Heat 2x beef country soup 600g, add the peas and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add the potatoes and serve.

TUSCAN CHICKEN WITH FOCACCIA

Serves 2.  Heat the soup as per directions.  Top with grated cheese and serve with heated tomato and feta focaccia

BUTTERNUT SOUP WITH ROASTED CHICKPEAS

Serves 6-8.  Toss the chickpeas in the onion chilli crunch and place in the airfryer for 20 minutes at 200c.  Heat 1.2kg Butternut soup and ladle into warm bowls and spoon over the chickpeas.
