Cashback is only redeemable at checkout as a payment method, or in-store at the till.

When Cashback is used in an online or in-store transaction, the total balance of that transaction is deducted from your total Cashback available.

No partial payments are permitted. In the case of a shortfall after Cashback is used, another payment method can be added such as: cash, debit, or credit card.

Your cart needs to have either only food items, or a mix of fashion, beauty and/or homeware items.

If the total balance of a transaction is less than the total Cashback value available, then the new remaining Cashback amount will reflect in your Cashback balance.

Woolworths will always use the Cashback amounts that are expiring first.

You cannot use Cashback to pay for utility bills.
