This all-purpose cook's knife is made from Global's own CROMOVA 18 Stainless Steel that keeps it hard enough to retain its sharpness, yet soft enough to sharpen with a whetstone. It's also designed to be stain a rust resistant while it's hard steel design allows for a long blade edge for more accurate chopping and slicing. 

HOW TO CARE

• Not dishwasher safe
• Handwash only with mild detergent
• Hand wash your knife directly after use to prevent staining, food build-up and discolouration
• Dry your knife thoroughly once it’s cleaned to prevent rust spots
