Our mild and tender baby leeks are part of the onion family it can be roasted, steamed or sauté to release their mild flavour. 

 

HOW TO USE

• Ideal to use sautéed, roasted or charred with a salad, veg side dish or as a topping. Top cooked leeks with a creamy cheese sauce and grill for 5 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with freshly chopped Italian parsley before serving.
