These whole gherkins have been harvested in season and packed straight into the jar with steaming hot brine. All this is done within days of picking, which gives you a crispier eating gherkin and extremely good flavour. 

HOW TO USE

• Chop or grate gherkins and add to potato salad for an extra tang and crunchy texture. 
• Add generous amounts of grated gherkins to your homemade tartar sauce.
• Slice and add to your burger.
• They can also be enjoyed on their own.
