Our Sweet & Sour Cook-in-Sauce is a sweet and tangy sauce made with soya sauce, pineapple, sweet peppers and ginger. Serve with steamed basmati rice and seasonal vegetables or use to dip battered and deep-fried vegetables or seafood. Also use as a base for a sweet and sour vegetable bake with peppers, cauliflower and chickpeas.
