Our Mediteranean Tomato Cook-in-Sauce is made with olives and mixed herbs and can be served with couscous, sauteéd rosemary and olive oil potatoes, or pasta. Use as a layer between roasted brinjals and mozarella cheese or with beef mince as a base for a quick bolognese sauce or lasagne.
