Our Oak Smoked Salmon Slices cured with beetroot & lemon zest is traditionally cured in salt, beetroot, orange and brown sugar, topped with lemon zest. Gently oak smoked to enhance the unique flavour before being expertly sliced to ensure an even salt & sugar distrubution. 

HOW TO USE

•  Delicious on wholewheat bread with a dollop of créme fraîche.
• To ensure you enjoy the delicious flavour of our smoked Norwegian salmon, remove it from the sealed pouch at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature for optimum flavour. Delicious with a squeeze of lemon, crushed black pepper and a handful of capers.
