These smoked kippers ( clupea harengus) are lightly smoked and salted with a smooth flavour note. Caught in the the north eastern Atlantic ocean, they have been canned with rapeseed oil.

HOW TO USE

• Serve as a hors d'oeuvre with a dash of fresh lemon juice & freshly ground black pepper, or toss with your favourite pasta.
• Add to a salad or pop in a lunch box with your favourite crispy, savoury crackers
