Spring-herb Bread

Ingredients

  • 100 g feta, sliced
  • 1 country loaf
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 marinated artichokes, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt and black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped
  • 15 g dill, chopped
  • basil, chopped
  • chives, finely chopped
  • 400 g softened butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the bread, but do not to cut right through the base.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients together and stuff between the slices.
  4. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
