Spring-herb Bread

Ingredients
- 100 g feta, sliced
- 1 country loaf
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 marinated artichokes, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- salt and black pepper
- 4 Tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped
- 15 g dill, chopped
- basil, chopped
- chives, finely chopped
- 400 g softened butter

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Slice the bread, but do not to cut right through the base.
- Mix all the other ingredients together and stuff between the slices.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
