Really cheesy nachos
Life’s too short to eat sad nachos. If you’re going to eat nachos, we say go the whole hog, with not one but 3 types of cheese, and ALL of the trimmings. What’re you waiting for?
Method:
- Set the oven to grill.
- To start, place a layer of nacho chips on a baking sheet. (We give no amounts here – nachos is something you feel, not something you measure.)
- Drizzle with Woolworths Fresh Cheese Sauce.
- Add dollops of Woolworths Chunky Salsa.
- Dot with pickled jalapeños.
- Scatter with sweetcorn kernels, followed by drained black beans.
- Add sliced cherry or cocktail tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with grated mature cheddar cheese, followed by a generous helping of grated mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers of nacho chips, cheese sauce and other toppings at least once more.
- Place in the oven and grill until melted and warm through.
- Top with sliced ripe avo (or guacamole), pickled pink onions and fresh coriander. And go!
