Really cheesy nachos

Life’s too short to eat sad nachos. If you’re going to eat nachos, we say go the whole hog, with not one but 3 types of cheese, and ALL of the trimmings. What’re you waiting for?

Method:

  1. Set the oven to grill.
  2. To start, place a layer of nacho chips on a baking sheet. (We give no amounts here – nachos is something you feel, not something you measure.)
  3. Drizzle with Woolworths Fresh Cheese Sauce.
  4. Add dollops of Woolworths Chunky Salsa.
  5. Dot with pickled jalapeños.
  6. Scatter with sweetcorn kernels, followed by drained black beans.
  7. Add sliced cherry or cocktail tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with grated mature cheddar cheese, followed by a generous helping of grated mozzarella.
  9. Repeat the layers of nacho chips, cheese sauce and other toppings at least once more.
  10. Place in the oven and grill until melted and warm through.
  11. Top with sliced ripe avo (or guacamole), pickled pink onions and fresh coriander. And go!
