Strawberry & rose virgin cocktails
Make rose ice blocks: set edible rosebuds or petals in an ice tray and freeze. Fill a carafe with soda water or lemonade and add a dash of strawberry-and-mint flavoured syrup. Pour into glasses, top with rose petal ice blocks and enjoy!
Signature wine glass skewers
Make your own mini fruit and herb skewers to help you keep track of your glass. Take some fresh blueberries and dust with Woolworths edible shimmer dust. Thread onto cocktail skewers along with fresh figs. Repeat the process with fresh raspberries and wedges of stone fruit. Rest on top of your glass and off you go.
