Listerine® Zero™ Mild Mint Mouthwash is proven to clean & protect your whole mouth, if used twice daily.

It contains fluoride to protect against cavities, protects against germs that promote plaque and that cause bad breath. It helps strengthen tooth enamel even in hard-to-reach areas and gives your mouth a complete clean.

HOW TO USE

• Adults: Use 20 ml twice daily. 
• Children (6 to 12 years): Use 10 ml twice daily.   
• Rinse the mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, then spit out. 
• Especially effective when used morning and evening after brushing. 
• It is recommended to abstain from eating and drinking for 30 minutes after using a mouthwash.
