This bird, like most of our chicken in the Western Cape, was specially produced for us on farms around Worcester and Malmesbury. Like all our chickens, these birds are fed a vegetarian diet free of animal by-products.

• Free Range Chicken: Our free range chickens are never given routine antibiotics or growth hormones and fed a diet of grains and pulses. They're free to enjoy the outdoors during the day and roost safely indoors at night
