INGREDIENTS
- Flexible Film Former: Helps provide comfort and long-lasting wear along with water-resistant properties.
- Rice Bran Wax: Skin conditioning agent providing a creamy feel.
HOW TO USE
- Using a dark shade: Starting at the outside of eye, make a line toward the direction of the tops of your ears and extend the liner to as dramatic as desired.
- Starting from the outside edge of the eyeliner drawing inward create a triangle-like line and fill in.
- Line the tops of lashes for a for a complete look.
