Are my personal details secure?

Yes. What is a cookie, and why are they being used on this website?

A cookie is a small piece of information stored by your browser (for instance, Internet Explorer or Firefox) on your computer. It may contain some personal details, the contents of your shopping basket, and date and time information in an encrypted format, which can be recalled when you return to the Woolworths website to speed up your identification and ordering and delivery processes. Will you sell my e-mail address or personal details to others?

Never. We are committed to protecting your confidentiality, so your information will not be disclosed to third parties.

What happens if someone logs on using my details?

We strongly recommend that you keep your login details and passwords private so that only you can log on to our website. No. We will only contact you with news of Woolworths special offers and promotions if you have subscribed to any of our newsletters. You will also receive WRewards and Woolworths Financial Services statements via e-mail.

How do I change my address, contact details or marketing permissions (i.e. to allow Woolworths to contact me)?

You need to call the relevant call centre to change details and/or permission settings (i.e. to give Woolworths permission to contact you). Remember, with MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet you must give both MySchool and Woolworths permission to contact you.
