The Jan Braai meat thermometer measures the internal temperature of your meat for perfectly cooked meat every time.

BEFORE USE 

• Remove the battery compartment cover at the back of the thermometer.
• Select degrees Celcius or Fahrenheit by adjusting the selector °C/ °F in the battery compartment.
• Insert 1 x LR44 battery with bottom of battery facing down.
• Replace the battery compartment cover.

 

HOW TO USE 

• Press ON/OFF button to switch the device on. It will display room temperature once switched on.
•  Insert the probe of the thermometer into the centre of the meat and note the current temperature. When cook to your desired temperature, remove the food from the source.
• Clean the probe after use.
