Our Kombucha is a batch brewed sweetened Rooibos tea naturally fermented with a SCOBY (symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). These organisms consume some of the sugar creating a light fizz and a tangy taste.

HOW TO USE

• Keep refrigerated.
• Do not shake and open slowly. Natural separation may occur.
• Drink within 2 days of opening.
