Our Buckwheat Flour is made from ground buckwheat which has an earthy and nutty flavour. Buckwheat is an ancient grain with a long history. It has been eaten in Asian and Eastern European countries fr centuries. While it is thought of as a cereal grain, it is actually a fruit seed related to rhubarb and sorrel. 

HOW TO USE

• Use as a coating for meat or other proteins before frying or baking. 
• Use a wheat flour substitute by using 25 - 50 % in pancakes and quick breads.
