Our Conchiglioni pasta or 'shell shaped pasta' is made to a traditional and authentic Italian recipe, and made with 100 % durum wheat.

HOW TO USE

• These small shell shaped pasta lends itself to both smooth and chunky sauces.
• Make butter or olive oil sauce with a selection of herbs and spices and toss the pasta through it. Top with grated Parmiagiano Reggione and serve.
• Can also be enjoyed with a smooth tomato based sauce, top with Parmiagiano Reggione and garnish with fresh basil.
