Often used in pickling and marinating recipes, these berries are a key ingredient in pickled fish and is used in curry blends of Caribbean origin and even some British desserts and bakery. It has similar characteristics to that of bay leaves. 

HOW TO USE

• Use whole for pickling or to add to minced meats and rub blends. 
• For a flavour of cloves and cinnamon with a nutmeg undertone.
