HOW TO USE

• Just add 1 tablespoon daily 
• Add to smoothies or shakes. 
• It's ideal to use while cooking: It's gelatinous and clumps when added to cooking and needs to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve. 
• Add it to soups, stews, curry, pasta sauce, potato or vegetable bakes or gravy. 
• To create a broth for a bone broth detox add 6 to 8 tablespoons to 2 litres of water along with some Himalayan salt, carrots, leeks and onions (or any vegetables of your choice). Simmer for 30 minutes. Let it cool and then strain the liquid. Drink a cup of liquid a few times daily over 1 to 3 days.
