Our WCafe Colombian Decaffeinated Coffee Beans have been gently treated to preserve their flavour and body. Using only 100 % Arabica coffee beans, this coffee is roasted to perfection and ready to grind for everyday use.

BREWING TIPS

• Recommended for Moka pots: Please refer to your individual coffee equipment for extract instructions.
• Plunger or filter machine instructions: Use 1 - 2 tbsps. of medium ground coffee to 180 ml freshly boiled, filtered water. For a stronger cup, add more coffee.
• The ideal brewing time is 3 - 4 minutes, depending on your preparation method. Coffee is best served fresh, do not reheat.

• We use two natural elements, pure water and carbon dioxide to extract caffeine from the coffee beans.
• Green coffee beans are soaked in liquid carbon dioxide (the same gas used in sparkling water) and under specific conditions the caffeine can be extracted and filtered out, leaving the flavour components intact.
• This method ensures that no chemicals come into contact with the coffee beans and the by-products of the process can also be 100% recycled.
