Ingredients
- 500 g Woolworths all butter puff pastry
- 1 kg Drakensberg boerewors
- 6 tbsp Woolworths hot chakalaka
- 200 g mozzarella, grated

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C. On a greased baking tray: Add one sheet of the puff pastry before adding the chakalaka and the Boerewors sprinkle over the grated cheese before covering and sealing with the second sheet of pastry.
- Seal the ends by pressing them down with a fork. Place the pie in the oven to bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed up.
- Place the butternut in the oven and prepare as per the instructions.
- Serve the pie with the filled butternut and the crunch salad
