Cheesy corn loaf

Ingredients
- 1 cup kernels off the cob
- 50 g Butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp cold water
- 200 ml single cream
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 lemon, cut into 8 slices for garnishing
- A squeeze lemon, juiced
- 40 g Parmesan, finely grated
- oil
- 90 g Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven 180 degrees.
- Blend together the corn, butter, 2 egg yolks, water, cream, sugar, lemon (juice and zest), Parmesan and oil.
- Add 1 cup flour, 1tsp baking powder and salt to taste.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
- Sprinkle with poppy seed and or sesame seeds.
- Bake in a greased loaf pan for 35 minutes or until slightly golden brown and skewer comes clean.
