Honey and garlic pork

Ingredients
- 300 6 Pork fillet, cubed
- 1 red chilli, roughly chopped
- 3 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 75 ml honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Cooking Instructions
- Toss cubed pork fillet in the crushed garlic, honey and olive oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil (sunflower, peanut or canola) and fry the pork for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Top with chopped fresh red chillies.
