Honey and garlic pork

Serving Suggestion:This makes a delicious quick-snack for two, but to make a meal of it serve with cooked rice or noodles on the side.

Ingredients

  • 300 6 Pork fillet, cubed
  • 1 red chilli, roughly chopped
  • 3 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 75 ml honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Toss cubed pork fillet in the crushed garlic, honey and olive oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil (sunflower, peanut or canola) and fry the pork for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Top with chopped fresh red chillies.
