Whole harissa-roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

  • fresh mint, to serve
  • Lemon, to serve
  • 2 tsp Woolworths harissa spice blend
  • 100 g Ayrshire butter (cold), diced
  • 1 Head of cauliflower

Cooking Instructions

  1. Roast 1 head cauliflower with 200 g butter and 2 t Woolworths harissa spice for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Baste the cauliflower with the butter every 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with fresh lemon and mint.
