Roasted baby carrots with fennel

Ingredients

  • 1 x 20 g sage leaves
  • 40 g Butter
  • olive oil, to drizzle
  • 6 baby carrots, halved
  • 2 fennel bulb, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice 1 fennel bulb into wedges and arrange on a baking tray with 200 g baby carrots.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, dot with 100 g butter and sprinkle over a small handful of sage leaves.
  3. Season and roast at 180°C for 30 minutes.
