Banana & honey wheatgerm smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ltr rice drink
  • 2 mashed bananas, sliced thinly or cut into rounds
  • 30 ml Wild blossom honey
  • 30 ml wheatgerm

Cooking Instructions

  1. Blend the rice milk, bananas, honey and wheatgerm in a food processor until smooth and thick.You can use any milk you like, including cow's or goat's milk. Or any of the alternative milks such as soya milk or almond milk
  2. Serve as a quick breakfast or tea-time treat
