Potato salad with creamy dressing

Ingredients
- 500 g baby potatoes
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp condensed milk
- 80 ml lemon juice (about 3 small lemons)
- chives
- salt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions
- To cook the potatoes, boil, steam or roast until just tender (approximately 15-20 minutes) then allow to cool to room temperature.
- To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients and pour over the potatoes.
- Toss to coat the potatoes in the dressing.
- Sprinkle with the chopped chives and serve.
