Basil pesto pasta with mozzarella

Ingredients
- 250 g fresh, cooked al dente fettucine pasta
- 125 g fresh basil pesto
- buffalo mozzarella, torn
- 140g fresh peas
- 1 cup broad beans, blanched and outer skin removed
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 15 g basil leaves, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and toss with the basil pesto while still warm, divide between bowls and top with the mozzarella, broad beans and peas.
- Season to taste and garnish with basil.
