Watermelon salad

Ingredients
- milled black pepper, to season
- organic olive oil, for drizzling
- fresh basil leaves, to garnish
- 60 ml pumpkin seeds
- 200 g feta cheese, broken into chunks
- 1 L watermelon, chunks

Cooking Instructions
- Mix the watermelon and cheese and divide it between individual salad bowls.
- Sprinkle each serving with roasted seeds and tuck in the basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with milled black pepper.
